On this page you can download the generic Friends Network Application Form which is used to apply for all of our Friends Network Programs including the Gurukul DTS, the School of Hindu Studies and the Hindi Language and Culture Program. You may also apply to be on short term or long term staff by filling out this form.

Continuing Commitment

If you have completed a Friends Network School or program in the past, or if you have previously served as staff with Friends Network and you want to continue serving with us then you can fill out and submit the Continuing Commitment Form found below.
